Langston Hughes Society Luncheon 2012 -- Tayari Jones is the featured speaker at the Langston Hughes Society luncheon, which is scheduled for noon-1:15 pm on Thursday, March 29, 2012, at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta on Peachtree Street, 265 Peachtree Street, N.E. Atlanta, GA 30303. Her published novels include Leaving Atlanta, The Untelling, and Silver Sparrow (which was nominated for a 2012 NAACP Image Award). She will speak on “Histories: Folkspeak, Folktales, Folklore.”
